Ivaara is a premium Indian fashion label that celebrates the timeless elegance of dupattas, sarees, laces, and fabrics. Designed in-house with cultural depth and modern grace, our collections are crafted for women who embrace tradition with confidence.
Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Surat, India — a city known for its rich textile heritage.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we are an online-only brand, shipping across India and worldwide from our design studio in Surat.
While Ivaara operates exclusively online for retail customers, we do have our own in-house manufacturing unit and a wholesale store in Surat, Gujarat. Product & Quality
Are your products handcrafted?
Many of our dupattas, sarees, and fabrics feature hand embroidery, dyeing, or weaving by skilled artisans. Every piece goes through strict quality checks and is ISO-certified.
Are the colors true to the image?
We use high-resolution photography and studio lighting for product images. Slight variation may occur due to screen differences, but we strive for 100% accuracy.
Do you offer dyeable or unstitched products?
Yes! We offer dyeable dupattas and unstitched fabrics perfect for customization.
Can I request customization?
Currently, we don’t offer custom orders, but we regularly launch new styles across collections.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship all over India and to most international locations.
How much does shipping cost?
Within India: Shipping is absolutely free on all orders — no minimum required.
International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of the order.
How long does delivery take?
India: 5–8 business days
International: 10–15 business days, depending on destination
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available within India.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched. You can also track via our Track Order page.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD for domestic orders.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for defective or wrong items. Please initiate the return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Support
I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to update it.
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/promotions folder. If it's still missing, message us on WhatsApp with your order name/number.
